You cannot leave the anonymous drop boxes around and available, 8:00 YANK THEM. Dems plan was to fill out ballots for non-returned requests and drop them in the anonymous boxes for 3 days after election, no signature validation required. If this happens, hard to argue the drop boxes should remain open after 8:00.

Even Scalia was not that predictable. This is not some simplistic thing, YEAH, YEAH trump put PEPE on the court. No, its vastly more complicated, as I said earlier, it could come down to some sort of 1812 bullshit coal miner rebellion precedent that firmly establishes the state of PA's right to decide when the election is over. You could go right next door to another state, and SCOTUS could rule differently, in fact thats exactly what happened in WI.
I dont think PA will matter, thats where I am optimistic. If it really comes down to PA only, then Trump did not do so well overall in the election. He would have to lose NC some combo of AZ, WI in all likely scenrios. Texas is not going blue, California is not going red, Trump will take MI, OH, FL (and the other usual suspects).
Its not concern trolling, because I am not concerned. I know what the outcome will be for PA on Nov 6th, not concerned (like I am thinking OH NO) barring the slim chance SCOTUS reviews this before the 3rd. We have 3 days of SCOTUS session for that to happen. Its not concern trolling at all. Id rather be informed and informing, then living in a bubble, thats what Dems do. Frankly where we stand right now, I also think there is little chance PA will matter for Trump.

Republicans have tried to get this kicked back every day since the ruling. If they actually are successful in getting it fast tracked, I would be elated. But no indicator Republicans are having any more success getting the formal review on this before Nov. 6th.
SCOTUS is weird. They let PA get away with getting rid of voter signature matching requirement in PA, and did the inverse in WI. Its not as simple as who we have on the bench and who put them there.
The PA late ballot count case they just kicked back. I have heard nothing about that. Lots of stuff going to SCOTUS regarding other states, but I have heard 0 about either PA recieving ballots until the 7th, or getting rid of signature validation retirement. SCOTUS ruled for WI, that they could not receive late ballots, but the opposite is true in PA
