It could come down to something seemingly unrelated about state election rights going back to an 1812 coal miners rebellion or some stupid shit like that, and there might be a precedent that would be so obvious, she kicks it back to district court. Biden won PA 2 weeks ago, circuit court declared him the winner, and followed up with another law basically making anonymous ballots legal. That said, it will be contested, but on Saturday November 7th (Election day as deemed by circuit court) Biden officially takes PA (until courts decide otherwise, and that is complicated, majority or not).

They spent 2 years orchestrating this and showing their hand via legislation/courts. Its a roadmap for it. Happened in Broward county FL in 2018. I would imagine so, but its anyone's guess at that point. In reality its not 9 people deciding whether or not Trump should be POTUS, its highly skilled scheming attorneys that have orchestrated this all along, paying attention to precedents, idiosyncrasies, prior rulings. Everyone thinks because we have the majority, it would work in our favor, but SCOTUS just about always rules narrowly, and conservative justices are far less likely to overturn prior rulings, or generally legislate from the bench. If it worked the way we all wanted it to, Scalia would have brought home the 2A once and for all in D.C. vs Heller, but he did not, and that was SCALIA.

I agree. This election is my last hope for political recourse. Trying to fix the system if Biden steals this through the political process wont work on a national level. There is some hope red states could effectively nullify everything that comes down from DC, but with the money out there and the average disaffected voter,what you are saying, people dont like it, sounds bad, but 100% true.

I am not a conspiracy person, but I could weave a good conspiracy theory (total BS BTW) that Trump operatives started the riots, so they could send in the guard, and have thousands of witnesses in Philly to testify that they saw dems dropping of ballots in anonymous ballot collection boxes all over Philly after 8:00 PM on election night (which the DNC is absolutely planning on). On the non-conspiracy side, you could indeed have many non-official poll watchers because of this.
I think Mike is too optimistic on his chances. Dem votes are top loaded, by the time that money makes an impact, Dems wont have the votes left in TX. Sure if Trump has the money and time, defend it, but if that means throttling back on WI, MI, NC, AZ, NOPE.

Well, they did it in legislative steps. The big ones were allowing 3 days after election, not requiring signature verification (in case of court challenge), and allowing anonymous ballot drop boxes. What this means is that on election night, if Trump takes PA, they see how many votes they need, hit print on however many ballots they need, pull from a pool of DEM ballot requests where no ballot was returned (the have 100's of thousands), check Joe for President. Drop in anonymous box until Saturday after election day. Each law they passed reads like a script,GOP will never win PA again barring a massive court overturn of existing SCOTUS decision to kick case back to lower court.
Only thing I can say, is get some advice as to the aggressiveness of the physicians regarding her treatment. There are a great deal, probably more than half of physicians that are so set in their ways, they accept death like a statistic and would rather wait until 100 Harvard studies come out and 10 years of clinical trials have been conducted before prescribing novel treatments that have great circumstantial success rates. There are doctors who are as aggressive as hell with treatments and will try anything possible to keep people alive. Do whatever you can to find one of those in the area, might save her life.

DNC has 3 days after election to sign blank ballots and anonymously drop them in one of hundreds of drop boxes. They will have approximately 500-600K ballots that they can pull out depending on how far behind they (they will know close to exact number) are at 8:00 PM EST in PA. No, I am not kidding. That said, if it comes down to PA, the ultimate result of elections will be decided by courts, but Biden won PA as of sometime last week, and will hold it until courts overrule (IF).

The DOJ is in charge of investigating any criminal action that could come from the emails and texts. We know the DOJ will not do this, because they are essentially controlled by the people who want Biden to win.
