Definately compliance is an issue that is insurmountable to small businesses. They want this regulation, but they dont want to adhere to it. Twitter can do one of two things....

  1. Only censor content that is obscene, harassing, threatening, or a copyright infringement if they are asked to remove it. Additionally, standards must be uniformly applied regardless of political position.

  2. Censor what they want, add their own commentary, but be liable to the same standards as the traditional media, meaning I can sue Twitter for liable (even if its not them but any user), I can sue them if I own copy written material, and any user posts it. Generally operate the way they have been operating the last few years, but lose protections under section 230 of the CDA. They essentially become CNN or FOX

The second would drive them out of business, so really, they can only adhere to the first.

The whole premise of Twitters existence is that it does not participate in what he is referring to as "our actions".. YOUR ACTIONS MAKE YOU AN EDITOR, not a publisher. You start saying shit as a company, you are no different then a media outlet.

Yet the motherfucker deflected in the Rogan interview the whole time, saying well, maybe it was a low level employee who committed the egregious censorship, its hard to control everything. He kept going back to the... I cannot be in charge of every little thing defense. Now I see its... The buck stops here. Total BS.

Oh lets defend Twitter and Censorship, after all we are the AP. According to AP... he cannot force churches to open (Hmmm, flies in the face of the whole civil rights movement) Cannot do anything about Twitter adding opinion to his Tweet (Section 230 clearly states that immunity is only granted if you do not take actions as an editor) so Twitter is in violation of a law passed by Congress, which the Executive Branch has the duty of enforcing. As far as forcing states to reopen, go back to point one again, civil rights, the Executive Branch absolutely can intervene if states violate civil rights.

I wonder, was he ever a dish washer, perhaps a framer. I wonder if Dershowitz could get him out of jail if he acid washed his hard drives, or maybe he would have to sneak in a file in a cake.

They dont mention ID2020, I mean he is invested in microchipping technologies. That is not a "conspiracy theory". I for one, dont believe that it will come by means of a vaccine, however, I do believe it would likely be used to screen those who have had it, sort of like RFID toll booths.

When FB started flagging posts as possible fake news, traffic to those links shot up. Same will happen here. They are inadvertently red pilling people. Its so obvious to most people who are not total TDS, that if Twitter has to inject some factlet, the opposite of the factlet is true. Goes something like this... Twitter had to put a link on Trumps tweet that said there is no evidence for mail in voting related voter fraud... So there must indeed be mail in voter fraud.

TYT are the only full on democrat institutional lefties that garner any amount of traffic worth mentioning. If you want to be left and successful on YT, you have to be Tim Pool or Jimmy Dore style, you can be Joe Rogan style, but not Maddow style. I have heard that the right owns YT for the most part, I believe it. Just analyzing the comments on moderate to left leaning videos and you will see the left is vastly outgunned. I dont know what to make of this, but I think "The right owns YT" is a correct statement.

Yes, and our best chance is get it blocked somehow. This could go to the SCOTUS, also there is not a process yet to get felons back on the rolls, this needs to be slowed down considerably. The most valuable thing we can do in FL is to challenge/tie up this ruling, which SHOULD not be too difficult considering election is in November, and the courts move slowly. Pressure State Legislature, let them know this is on your radar if you are in FL.

People spewing Texas is in play had no basis. In Florida we are talking 200K votes, thats even perhaps a little high. As a dem, you would say, I need 200K more votes. With this ruling, conservatively, I would say they picked up 150K of the Dem votes they need, because they will be calling these people, canvasing their homes, and potentially babysitting the ballot to the mailbox. Saying... Oh people said X would happen and it didnt, so that means Y cant happen are making an empty argument. Realistically to win in 2020 with regard to Florida which is critical, a couple options are actually viable. First is the legislature in FL finds a way to delay adding these people to the rolls. The second possibility is that turnout is a lot lower than 2016, but that's hard to believe that turnout would be lower than with Clinton, when Biden is running, and in 2016, a lot of people thought Trump could not win, now they vote to replace him. All eyes need to be on Florida, People in Florida must contact their state reps to get this blocked, repealed, challenged, what ever they can. Everything else takes back seat. Without FL, we would need to take back VA. 40K votes separated DeSantis and Gillum (The gay meth orgy goer).

Looks like Dems are well on their way to clinching Florida, they will be adding 775K mostly dem ex-felon voters to the rolls. I think Trump took FL by around 130K in 2016, take a terrible turnout of 20% of these felons actually voting (and you can be sure Dem super PACs have identified all of them and will be waiting at their door to mail their ballots) you add another 140K votes for Biden (this is our best case scenario) could be much worse.

Cheat in Michigan, add almost a million eligible dem voters to the rolls in FL where the margin is <100K as is, no chance of Trump winning without FL in any reasonable scenario. This is serious, I am expecting a new law or a challenge to this at least to tie up 2020, or this little side note of an article could be the most important thing in undoing every improvement we have made. End of article states "And just like that, Trump lost Florida?" Begs the question, using this argument, why can felons not own guns?

They have an obsession with credentialed and authoritative entities. I have heard Dems openly tell me essentially, the experts know better.

I dont like him. I like Sessions better even though he is a wimp. Tuberville would not criticize China, he is a shill. Sessions is a wimp, but in the Senate, he is not a supporter of China. We dont need RINO Tuberville.
