Ours hit several stores, not just one, did some Target, Kohl's, especially grocery chains. They use just in time fluid distribution models not just centralized distribution. The trucking, not all, but plenty was subcontracted to different companies, so you would have a truck with say 4 different products from a region, and it might hit 4 stores, 100s of miles apart sometimes. It will make it much slower, and Vermont stores will not get first dibs, stores outside Vermont with same destination delivery vehicles will not be cherry picked.

Walmart is an example, maybe they dont do it this way but BELIEVE ME, many big block retailers do, I wrote logistics software for years (wal-mart does theirs in house). Trucks do areas with many others. This is going to fuck Vermont.
They will be the last to get TP. They dont get how it works logistically. Wal-Mart is not special loading trucks for Vermont, they are going to send full trucks (of TP, baby formula AND video games) to GA instead of half empty trucks to Vermont.
If anything this is a prime example of when DPA should be used.
