I have a theory. I think they are spreading the corona-virus to get people used to wearing furry outfits. Think about it, this all started from bats, soon, people were wearing masks, and then full coveralls. I think this was started to get people used to wearing full protective gear, so FEMA can slowly transition protective gear to fox outfits when the public did not notice them. The dow went up 1100 points, there are exactly 1100 foxes in Belgium (the HQ of the EU), No coincidence here.
