We dont know. Some COVID strains go away in the summer, some have several peaks during the year including summer, they go up, they go down. Asia could be good for 2 months then start seeing more and more. The only reason China is seeing cases go down, is everyone is on lockdown. They dont have a magic cure for this shit, they are nailing doors shut. When all these people get back to work, out and about, chances are, it starts peaking again. It would be the exception that a disease like this is done in a matter of months, generally does not work like that.

You have to stock up on things you regularly use because the most mundane things could be gone. Sure you could go back a couple days later, if you dont mind spending half your week at the grocery store, but Id rather stock up.
