Seems like the obvious, but its a bit too late. Fundementals are good. I could see them tanking the market, but it takes about a year before people actually start feeling the effects of a market crash. Market crashed in 2008, but they were still selling 200K McMansions for 500K and flippers were happy to buy them. The layoffs and contraction of spending did not really start until 2009. I agree though that they will try to tank it, I am looking at this as a great buying opportunity however.
