Yup, the problem is when the hospitals get full. I am sure death rates would be higher now, they dont estimate as many would die now because of medical facilities, drugs, time to develop vaccines, but they never appreciate how quickly our healthcare would go to shit if even 1-2% required hospitalization. We would not be much better off in 2020 than in 1918 once the system was over taxed. Could see numbers 100-200 million in such a case.

But I think McConnell will push for ending deliberation, under the threat of bringing the Bidens into the mix, and that may put enough pressure on the never Trumpers to vote for acquittal without delaying and moving on to witnesses.
