In other words, did NV select 2 sets of electors?

Pence can reject electors. Thats the only way barring something huge in terms of proof China manipulated vote totals. Proof that cannot be refuted. So pretty much, it will come down to Pence.

Pence can decide to reject electors regardless.

Ball is in Pence's court. That's the way this ends regardless of outcome. He accepts the fraud, or he doesn't.

Yes, at least most Constitutional scholars agree he has that authority.

He could throw out WI based on the court ruling today alone. MI is another possibility. Similar would be found in GA and AZ. Technically, he should reject all the contested states where the winner cannot be proven.

WI we won 1 lost 1, MI, audit is out, pretty damning. You said small.

Pence has more than enough reason to reject WI electors because of the win. Ball is in his court.

Pence will have to reject electors. 2018 EO is not viable at the moment.

A second term would allow for prosecution. They can claim anything the want. I think the path is to have good reason for rejecting electors. We already have 1 in WI, judge ruled that eventually, more than enough votes to swing the election will have to be tossed. Only thing is, each instance needs a case. However, the fact that they are on track to be tossed, is plenty enough of a good reason to reject WI electors before hand. Similar rulings could be obtained in all swing states.

If we dont, we should destroy Chinese products on the shelf. Make it untenable for stores to carry Chinese goods.

Here is where it stands. In order for Trump to stay in his position, Pence will need to reject electors from the contested states. If Pence does not intervene, Biden will be inaugurated as POTUS on Jan 20th 2021. That's it, in a nutshell, anyone that tells you otherwise is not seeing the picture clearly.

Correct. The only silver lining is that it gives a very plausible reason for Pence to reject WI electors.

Not happening today, but ultimately, Pence could in theory reject these states.

4

100% going to happen. We need no doom, Biden will get all electors today. Period.

Yeah, I get it, and its a real possibility. I think now the only possible outcome, given what we have today, is Pence rejecting votes from the contested states.
