Completely explains it really. Seems as if Alito and Thomas completely changed their tune from the time prior to the election. They ordered PA to separate late arriving ballots. There would be no other reason to order this if they were not planning on reviewing case after election, and wanted segregated ballots in case you needed to apply a remedy (i.e. tossing late arriving ballots). SCOTUS was thinking maybe they would need to toss illegal votes from one or two states, but that was not the case, so SCOTUS lost confidence that Trump would be president, and are covering their asses.

Probably spot on. Explains the crowds, its not because more people are going out, its because there are more people. A lot of the people I see look uppity as well, way more than usual, not what I am used to as a Florida cracker. I think you hit the nail on the head for real. These are not Floridians.

Should get together and figure out how not to run cucks in Presidential campaigns. Gary Johnson? Come on man. Thats when my eyes stopped checking out the Libertarian party. The potential romance was over.

There is no Coronavirus here in Florida. I was telling my wife how surreal it might be to live in another state with lockdowns. We were driving through a smaller town that had a Christmas parade we were not aware of. The traffic was jammed, parking was nowhere to be seen. The amount of people walking around was like Mardi Gras or something. We live in different worlds depending on the state. There is no mass hysteria or fear here. We did lock down pretty severe in June for a few weeks. As soon as that was over it seemed like Floridians had decided we were not going to have any of that. How has Coronavirus changed my life? Dinner reservations. I have to make them now. I have generally never had to in the past. The restaurants are full, packed to the hilt on the weekends. Never seen them like this.

Im not, because its not going to happen. We need to stop waiting, the fight is now, and the army will not save us.

They also said they would not apply the requested remedy (they will not intervene in election). This avenue is a dead end.

No. They said they would hear the case but would not apply requested remedy. They said they would not intervene and send back to states. This argument is dead.

Insurrection act is the same BS. People are going to be very disappointed.

No, I read this somewhere 20000000 times on this board, but not aware that the army will save us. Good to know. Just have to wait more.

Apologize for the road that took us to where we are. It was ugly at many points, but we all benefit from it.
