Tomorrow. Yup. When tomorrow becomes yesterday and nothing happens. There was going to be a nationwide massive trucker strike on November 29th. Nope. We need to be the change we want to see.

No. This will not happen. Its ridiculous to think it will.

They sort of did. Said they had to hear the case but would not apply the requested remedy.

Agree. Targeted.

Ok, thanks for clarification.

The 2 conservative justices said they would not apply the requested remedy even after hearing the case. So, at least with Constitutional arguments of election, not going to happen.

Even Alito and Thomas said that they would not grant the requested remedy even though agreeing to hear the case. I think the Constitutional rights angle is finished. SCOTUS (even our best two guys) said, we aint doing that.

The state houses can object with just 1 member of each house by the 6th as well.

I heard, it only takes 1 congressman, and 1 senator in the state houses to force the vote to the state delegation. Robert Barnes stated this, 12th Amendment. I am not familiar with the details, but with so many reps signing on, doesnt seem that 1 in each house would be anything less than a guarantee to me.

I think GA runoffs were part of the deal, GOP keeps Senate. Other than that, we need to work from the bottom up. The low hanging fruit are the state legislatures as their races are won in terms of very low 1000s of votes. Whatever we do, in tandem, we need to eliminate mass mail in voting. We should not let our state reps sleep until they have answered and corrected this. We should also be prepared to lose going forward, we should never be in a position where they take our vote for granted. We need to move the GOP way further to the right.

They stated they "MUST" hear original jurisdiction cases and provided a precedent. The precedent however does not affect anything to do with applying a remedy.

I think they might of as well, agreed to hear case but said they would not apply requested remedy of sending election back to electors.

When do people give this shit up? Seriously, will they be doing it in February 2023 still if Biden(Kamala) is President? No, we need to roll our own sleeves up and do it ourselves, not rely on a person who "knows some guys"

And generally, only Law Enforcement I support are Sheriffs and their Deputies.

Shit, Kamala would already be President for life.
