Hopefully states will just let it go to house of reps. I think there are enough RINOS, that when mixed with 100% of Dem legislature, will gain a majority and send Biden electors.

There was actually a dissent a few years back where 2 justices dissented because they did not take an original jurisdiction case, they did not hear it and 2 justices dissented stating they must hear original jurisdiction cases. So its not like they have not refused to hear such cases in the past.
