And liberal women dont even really like weak men, as Alex Jones put it, liberal women always cheat with the guy with tattoos that rides a motorcycle and robs banks.

If they deny it, they will give us some sort of latin legal term 'in soluvus victus centari manictus bullshicus' that means something like 'the state does as the counterparts in absolution of the dictates' or some bullshit, and claim the constitution is still valid, but this theory is embedded in precedent. There are plenty of laws that completely defy the constitution. Thats how they work. A good lawyers job in real practice is to prevent Justice, not the opposite.

Thats the thing. I would say, its the only potential case we know of right now. Its the only bird in hand. In the coming days, who knows. We cannot speculate on what might come down the line as far as fraud is concerned. There will be no martial law either, Trump would be in prison in less than an hour. Its silly to hold out on martial law.

Amazon stated that having foreign workers helps prevent unionization, and they are right. As a former Democrat, I cannot believe where the party and their supporters have gone.

We dont know, they did not say. But its much more likely they decided an injunction was not necessary because certification does not end legal remedies. TX is a different issue, not the same case, not the same reasoning. There are similar aspects of the cases but by no means does one negate the other.

Wait until Thursday to celebrate TX. Not sure this is one of the things Trump alluded to.

Legally I am a layperson. No idea about number of TX judges required. Generally I rely on opinions of some legal scholars on our team that have a good track record. Because the TX case is new, I have yet to hear a deep dive on it.

Thats a pretty interesting take. Why do you think Alito expedited it?

Yeah, its a tough one. Also consider this. 9-0. Some may cuck, but not Clarence Thomas. I think we need to let a 24 hour cycle pass before reading into this too much. Let the heavyweights on our side chime in Sekulow, Barnes, Giuliani, etc... Its possible they just did not think that there was a serious purpose in stopping certification after hearing arguments.

They are not sitting their waiting to make Trump President again and salivating at a bigger case they have yet to read (as they were hearing another case today). TX case has different merits than PA case. Its likely PA case has a better chance IMO, and TX case is a longshot.

They denied injunctive relief, not the case. Injunctive relief is granted when no other legal option is available. This only tells us that SCOTUS did not think that no other legal option is available. The case itself is still pending, they just denied the request for an emergency order to stop the certification process. The TX case is an original jurisdiction case, it automatically gets added to SCOTUS docket, the fact that it is on the docket means nothing. Personally I think we need to let dust settle on TX case until more can be ascertained. It could be big, it could be a desperate attempt with no chance.
