SCOTUS not going to step in. I think that is plain as day.
The TX vs PA case?
SCOTUS just sided with fraud. This is going nowhere.
Similar arguments. SCOTUS has shown its hand.
SCOTUS has shown their hand. They are with the Fraud
Thats all, been a good run. They are siding with the fraud.

Cool, any news on what happened in PA today with Kelly case?

No, Mollie Hemingway wrote an article yesterday in the Federalist that completely REBOOONKED, the DEBOOONK.
Can we get a Clint Eastwood instead of a Don Knots.
TIL... The Roman Empire did not collapse because of barbarians, it collapsed because of its Senators.
Doubtful, either national voter id laws would need to be passed by congress or each state needs to pass one for the respective state. I am a legal layperson, but from the countless hours of attorneys and discussions I have listened to since the election, I surmise that SCOTUS really looks at Presidential Elections from the view of a Republic, they do not really care how the people vote, more how the state votes. Until 1826 I think, state legislatures just selected electors, not basing it entirely on popular vote in the state.
Yeah, not anymore. We could have had 165 million Trump votes and they would come back with 500 million for Biden. NO evidence 500 million did not vote for Biden.
Got 3 hours, so anytime before noon.
This is the "Original Jurisdiction" suit described on the Jay Sekulow show yesterday. Essentially state can sue other states claiming dilution of vote. It goes straight to SCOTUS. Florida should join this.
So was the firing range video MSM claimed was Syria.
Ok, if thats legit.. It was an F'N bomb.
Similar ruling/topic. So it would signal possible precedent down the line.
Its not due to TX case at all. Apparently the State legislators have a case going to SCOTUS too.
