I was part of the lefty Diebold crowd. I was a Democrat (Hardcore) at the time and thought Kerry was cheated by the Koch Bros Diebold machines. We all did.

Both. Thats the thing. I am not so sure the GOP did as well in the house as it appears.

I dont know, they are claiming there are people who separate the ballot from the envelope, and put them in some sort of container, for them to be counted later. I believe mail in vote validation requires an envelope in order to validate. If this is a two step process, validate, then put aside for counting later (when observers are not required), its FUCKING RETARDED. Does it violate GA state law that the legislators specified, I dont know. So 1. Are they indeed cutters. 2. Is it legal to count votes outside the sight of observers.

That is correct. That is another claim, so if they can prove that, and have the chance, those votes cannot be counted.

Students and military are allowed to vote even if they do not reside in state, if its temporary. That is normal. Whether it applies here or not, I cannot say.

This is how it would look if things got serious with or without Sterling. When it comes down to crunch time, there will be serious doubt and hardcore questioning into our evidence, thats the way it always works. Our evidence would need to stand up to all scrutiny. Here is my problem, we may not get that chance. Our side says this, their side says that, however, they are not under oath, they have not been questioned under penalty of perjury. They admit their is fraud, but say its not enough without letting us look. Thats the problem. Our case has to stand up, but apparently, they dont even need to make a REAL case.

They are right. Thats not doomer. Its reality.

Only one remedy. I am torn about how republican voters should handle runoffs, but I am not in GA, so lets put that aside. There is only one way to fix this. We have to get over the fact we may not hold a majority in the future, and continue to vote for RINOS because lesser of two evils. They need primaries from the right of them, and if GOP does not allow it, then they need to face conservative independents that would indeed split the vote, and in many cases, lead to a Democrat being elected. However, this would probably only happen for one cycle.

If there is fraud, and its admitted, then the only next possible step would be to allow further investigation, signature verification, voter verification, otherwise, you know their was fraud, and how do you know it was not enough to overturn election?

If they have cutters that are responsible for doing the validation (which requires the envelope)., separating ballots from envelopes, and then those votes are counted at a different time without observers, the system is fucking retarded. His whole premise is predicated on the fact there are cutters who only separate the ballots from the envelopes. If that is not the case, he has no argument. If it is, he does.

  1. Saying observers were envelope cutters, I understand they were observers and signed affidavits to the fact. Are they cutters, or observers? If there are people who separate ballots (cutters) from envelopes, and they count them later, how is the signature validation done? Do you verify and then count later? Not sure what the legality of that is. It would not make sense to not have observers when the ballots are counted. Easy enough to verify.
  2. Ok, containers are not suitcases, never thought they were, obviously. Could be official containers. So what.
  3. The poll workers have not to my understanding been under penalty of perjury, cannot deboonk without that. Ball is in their court.
  4. Is ballot harvesting legal in GA as he says they might have counted only the harvested ballots. I dont know.

So yes, what he is saying is not surprising, we need follow up. They might be able to explain this. But... This is not happening in isolation, this is part of a large amount circumstantial suspicious evidence. Shut downs happening in multiple states coordinated. An axe does not prove murder, an axe, a body, and a motivation is.

Here is the thing. We make the assumption of how many ballots are processed using 3rd party data (which is ok). What I do not understand is whether the processing is done before results are reported. So, if it takes several hours to process ballots before data is uploaded, then it would make sense to see a spike.

I am wondering what the position for us looks like after the 14th of December if nothing changes. The Constitutional Professor seemed to indicate there was a window up until the electors were chosen to act. Now this may have just been a tactic to get them off their asses, I dont know. I think things could definitely change, but with Dec 14th rapidly approaching, not sure they will change in enough places by then.

I was a democrat until I was 39. I even worked for the Obama campaign.

Another interesting tidbit I did not know about Florida in 2000, they State Legislature, both sides actually, already passed the nuclear resolution of having legislators pick faithless electors (it was going to be a state house battle for the same prize). So the notion of faithless electors is not as far out as a lot in the GOP believe. Both sides were going to do it, with the blessing of their respective parties at the federal level.

It was a deal. I dont think they are actually worried about losing the runoff. I do think they are worried about so many Republicans not voting, that the win looks ridiculous, and democrats start calling foul (democrats not in the know).

Ok GA Legislators, you said yesterday principle concern was state laws not being followed, not even fraud. Do your job, they one you said you would do yesterday.

Its all a matter of perception.

Sadly, sometimes it takes something like this. History is replete. We are at the point of the day after Pearl Harbor. Remember Hiroshima. When you look back, it makes sense.
