How is west texas solidly red? El Paso TX-16 is deep blue and district 23 has never Trumper Will Herd who barely won and is now retiring and will most likely turn the district blue this election.

I don't think it will happen this year but with West Texas, South Texas and the cities all growing, the days of red texas are numbered.
