I am not going to beat around the bush or categorically explain every case so far. I'll just tell you this.

The Alito brief was just reaffirming what is already true. Those ballots are still not in the total.

As for the rest of the case, Rudy Giuliani spoke today. They intended to book the Four Seasons, and incidentally booked Four Seasons Landscaping instead. That is the odd warehouse in front of which he was speaking. The basis for the case he suggested were the Philadelphia poll watchers. This has already been brought to court to district judge Paul Diamond. The lawyer for the campaign explained that Trump's people weren't getting the right access. You can read the remainder of the case if you would like and it won't be fun, but the lawyer ended up testifying that they did have the same number of watchers in the same distance as the dems. A Trump campaign lawyer told this to a federal judge. Here's a summary, you can read any recap of the case and they all corroborate this.

Also, Philadelphia is performing better for Trump than 2016. The rest of the state is worse. I understand that this may fall on deaf ears but the sooner you accept all of this the better you will feel.
