I can sympathize with the black community for everything that's happened over the many decades.
I also only voted in 2016 and 2018, (still a bit young), so maybe I don't know.
But if shit is that bad in the community, why isn't voting in local elections fixing it? And are people actually voting?
I'm just thinking back on how much shit I could vote for on the ballot... Every significant person in my city is voted in. Mayor, Sheriff, Council Members, Judges, Policy Makers, School Board, Fire Dept, Sanitation, the asshole that raises my property taxes, the guy who kills mosquitoes.. even state legislation and more.
These people are literally in charge of running the community and I literally have the power to change them out if they're doing a bad job. Why can't these issues be solved locally?
Think about it bros.. we have 5 years worth of documented events as they happened all sourced in that sub. ALL our gathered information is over there.
As we know. Information is power. It would be painful to lose our history, as it's history that must be taught to the new pedes!
