Over 150,000 excess votes (vs previous years average) were cast by mail in Wisconsin for the reason of “Indefinite Confinement.” This represents at least 90% of the total. This is the only way to vote in Wisconsin without ever needing to show an ID. Half of the people researched were able to be conclusively seen via social media as not in confinement. Covid was explicitly NOT a reason for this status. Please read the last sentence again.
