I was admitted to the ICU last September (for pancreatitis, I tested negative for Covid) and those six days without being able to see my family in person was absolute hell. It's not fair. I wasn't exactly dying, but I feel SO bad for people who can't see their loved ones on their later days, like wtf.
I'm a nurse and so many of my fellow healthcare workers are delusional followers of the church of Covid, with Fauci as their lord and savior. It's pathetic.
Though I'm now working in a community setting and no longer inpatient, I look at the census in the hospital I used to work at (I quit in October, so it's likely different but MAINLY because it's flu season), sometimes the ICU had only ONE patient. Even if there were more, the census was never actually full. This was the case for other hospitals in my city.
Thankfully there are some nurses who at least don't buy into the panic.
And yeah, there are tons of pics on instagram and FB floating around within my circle of hospital staff fucking around in their unit.
So the dems can cheat their way to have anyone they want, even some old demented fart, as president. The money, manipulation, and threats they make are too powerful. I’ll continue to live my life as I have but they’ll never have my mind.
I’m unfortunately still in Cali and I hope we recall the governor. I guess that’s my number one concern now.
