RV is "registered voters" which increases the margin of error as well over those polls that narrow it to LV or "likely voters" . Polls are also having a hard time sampling non-college educated, working class which typically vote red.
either way, I wouldn't worry about the polls right now. People are angry in mass due to COVID, social discord, riots, violence... When people are angry they say they will vote change. However, the change in this case happens to be someone who's hiding from the public eye - a ghost. Once the ghost emerges, the polls will tighten. The American people will do the right thing.
Ah gotcha... Texas here too. I get you. It'll be over soon - there is an awakening happening and people aren't going to stand for it any longer. It's not the Gov's fault... It's the local fear mongers - mayors, county judges, etc... those dems elected locally that are running around issuing the Emergency Alert System. Crazy stuff. Vote them out.
We are now learning that the political backlash against this effective treatment simply because the President mentioned it early in his COVID briefings directly resulted in the unnecessary deaths of thousands of victims and an unnecessary closure of the best economy we've ever seen. The reverberations are beginning and people are waking up.
May be time to do away with centralized educational systems and begin allowing individual communities and cities arrange for the education of our youth. Teachers unions are beginning to look as though they care nothing about our children, only their power.
