The Federal Government is an extension of the States. I bet most of the people on this board can't name their local school board officials, but are demanding change at the highest levels of Federal Government.

It's time to start doing the hard work locally, and change the country from the bottom up, the Federalist way.

This is exactly right and should not be downvoted. We don't know the significance of this. There are plenty of explanations as to why this ballot doesn't have a barcode. What's infuriating is that the investigation is so slow that it won't matter even if they do find the smoking guns, and I think they will.

And that Government would not have been recognized.

The 1776 Revolution was successful because the States signed the Constitution some 15 years after the revolution ended. It wasn't a random mob of people taking over British Parliament momentarily and demanding the Government change hands like some kind of king-of-the-hill game. The Colonies legislatures signed a formal declaration of severance, Declaration of Independence, and presented it to the Government. Similarly, in 1861, the Confederacy did the same. I think we're building to that point where certain states might sign papers to remove themselves from the Union, but we're not there yet. I'm eyeing Texas to take the lead on this.

The steps the protestors took yesterday are a step in the right direction. But all of us need to be more educated on how our government works and doesn't work at the Federal and State level. I considered going to the rally, I predicted there would be violence. But then I thought to myself, "If I can't name my local school board members I really have no business going the seat of Government and demanding change." I was not ready 1/6/21 because I have not been paying attention to the right things. That will change, and I know for a fact I'm not the only one.

The protest should have happened at the State level in PA, GA, etc before we got to this point. Now that we've seen it once we know what to look for.

I emailed my Senator about this story and it turns out this bill was from 2015. It has gained virtually no support in NYS other than few that drafted it.

In time, perhaps. I'd really like to see a Dominion Tea Party in GA right before the runoff, though.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Secret Service sweating balls if this happens. Pence was the thing keeping Trump from being assassinated.

I'm not an expert, maybe an expert will comment.

The gist was that Texas cannot seriously claim damage by the 4 defendant States' elections, even if they were fraudulent. Moreover, the EC hadn't voted yet, so Texas can't show damages like that, either. So it's a double whammy of 'no standing'.

I believe Texas could refile after the EC votes, or the President can file the same case to overcome some or all the standing limitations.

Not necessarily. If they grant relief and those votes are tossed, then the election goes to the House. The House can do whatever, they're as much a wildcard as the voters themselves, perhaps more so.

Cutler is such a faggot. If he thought PA's election was useless he should have called a special session and rectified it. Now he's hopping on board a lawsuit brought against him by an actual leader. Talk about cuckery. Should never have been in any position of leadership.

Man I thought NY politicians were useless, but PAs are showing me a whole new level of cuckery.

I think this is giving them too much credit. I genuinely don't think they expected any push back. They definitely didn't expect Trump to get as many votes as he did.
