This isn't a 'screenshot' kind of allegation

most importantly its based on actually calling people and recording their answers.

The voter integrity project basically did their own audit of multiple states.

And now they are putting down results of said audit in front of judges.

after they are done bitching, we can use the damage as argument for why MSM needs to be racked over the coals for their complicity in misleading the sheep.

I saw complicity because we should never forget that the sheep are also guilty.

this is huge, but not a court win yet.

The actual document says they are confirmed their earlier injuction to halt certification and they believe the lawsuit is viable.

But they have scheduled an evidentiary hearing where the evidence will be examined.

If the evidence holds up to scrutiny though, than yeah, we are likely to get what we want.

i comment too much and can't search my history that far back atm, but Guiliani absolutely read out the wrong numbers at the hearing - he read it out down to the last digit and it matched exactly official records for the primary.

I don't remember if that was the same number as displayed here.

According to this report here they sent out 3 million https://electproject.github.io/Early-Vote-2020G/PA.html

though maybe they covered their tracks on that after election.

are those numbers actually real?

I know the numbers that Juliani read out at the hearing live were in fact from the August primary and not the general election.

anyone check where these from?

because right here they show 3 million requested

you have a point.

in this case however, consider that this old woman was put through 2 weeks of solitary confinement, unable to leave her room, over this exaggerated pandemic.

In prisons we put violent inmates into solitary confinement as punishment to make them compliant.

https://www.ssc.wisc.edu/soc/racepoliticsjustice/2017/08/21/prison-isolation-is-torture-ineffective-and-illogical/

News report does not go into detail, but describes the effect of those 2 weeks to be very physically and mentally degrading. Consider that old people need regular levels of activity to keep their bodies going and she likely will have a hard time getting that in her bedroom.

She is now being told there will be more solitary confinement - length unknown. She wouldn't have to be a mentally unstable liberal to buckle looking at that future.

21 co-sponsors.

113 Republicans in PA House.

Anyone know if its a simple majority we need? (102)

if they are taking 2020 results it means it would be based on tons of fraud. Whether they looked at last polls or got first analysis of actual election data - still tons of fraud.

what makes you think she is was a liberal?

4
iamherefortheluls 4 points ago +4 / -0

she didn't get the choice. Her only choice was check out permanently or be once again subjected to weeks in isolation.

People call that inhuman mental torture when we do it to violent prisoners.

it is perfectly fine to kill yourself to keep from getting covid

she didn't agree to die to keep from getting covid.

First lockdown, she had to stay in her room at the nursing home for 2 weeks - it was basically equivalent of social isolation they do in prison as punishment. Effective punishment from what I've read. She said she physically and mentally degraded during that period.

She opted to die rather than go through that punishment again. Based on how isolation affects most people, many argue its too cruel to do this to violent inmates.

most likely the typos were result of OCR scan of the final version of the lawsuit.

Computer vision does stuff like confuse series of similar letters and skip spaces

closest I got to LARP was watching Knights of Badassdom - and that was mostly to ogle Summer Glau.

Still, i don't like LARP being stolen and applied to cases where there was zero actual 'live action'.

Should come with a new word.
