I quite literally took the data table from the link you provided and calculated the total in the totalRegistered column, which came to 213,799,467.

By the way, this is also in line with numbers reported e.g. by Bloomberg.

What? No, the national turnout -- while historically and improbably high -- is ~70%.
It is some the states that are reporting 90%+ turnout.
