Marbury v Madison is super easy to understand, and every court should look at it as a guidepost. It essentially holds that the Constitution supersedes any legislation, where that legislation and the Constitution are at odds. Period, full stop, end of story. Why is this so hard for these people to understand?
Step 1> Go to amazon.com and find a product that you like.
Step 2> Find that retailer's website; ensure products are not made in China. You can do this by looking up the name of the store that it is sold by on Duckduckgo.com, or another non-commie search engine.
Step 3> Search for any applicable coupon codes or discounts that may be available.
Step 4> Checkout, and enjoy your product when it arrives. You've possibly saved money, supported a local retailer, and ensured that the business doesn't have to pay Amazon's 25-30% margin fee.
China is asshoe.
Like many liberals, she had her heart in the right place, but it was a stupid idea. There are many of us who come from a place of wanting to help, not yet knowing how much damage we can do and how much worse we can make things, even with the purest of intentions.
Holy shit. On top of every other piece of cringe/hilarity in this, he also doesn't even know case law regarding the First Amendment. The "fire in a crowded theater" doctrine gave way to "fighting words" doctrine a long time ago, and "fighting words" is completely dead. The only exceptions to free speech that currently exist in the US, according to SCOTUS, are direct threats.
I literally voted Trump in 2016 out of protest of how the DNC blatantly rigged the primary. My thought process was, I'd rather have a guy - even if I disagree with him - who won fair and square, over a corrupt piece of shit like Hillary who rigs it. Plus, I figured that as a billionaire, he couldn't be bought - which was correct as well.
Fast forward four years: No fuckin' brakes.
WOW I fell for it
