I can understand that for The Donald, but I'm referring to all the .win communities. Shouldn't this website, as a whole, be a welcoming space to differences of opinion? Wasn't that the thing that made Reddit so bad? That they wouldn't allow diverse opinions.

If you do it on a wide enough scale, maybe. I don't know what the model is for hacking gift cards but my guess is that you'd be hard pressed to do it to enough of them often enough that any significant portion of people give up on buying them. So, most likely, you'll just be hurting a handful of Amazon customers.

Wouldn't hacked gift cards just hurt the people who bought the gift cards, not Amazon itself?
