My FB feed (sorry I need it for work) is flooded with people who are just so happy and relieved that now everything will be all right again, now that Biden and Harris are in and evil Trump has been removed and silenced.
They are THRILLED to know that the election really was seized away from Trump and the conservatives and feel that it was fully justified.
It would never occur to them that those who seized power this way would ever, ever dream of using that same power to seize something else they want. Like your bank account. Or your home. Or your local governments. Or your school system. Or everything else in your nation.
No, it's all so wonderful and I can finally sleep at night now that Trump is gone and the world won't end in the morning! Go back a little further to live-action films like Swiss Family Robinson and Pollyanna. Those are both pretty wonderful.
