Sorry but I disagree. What they ultimately decide is what is important, which is why them not taking the case mattered. That being said, it is unfortunate that they didn't have the cajones to take the case, but the court still leans in the right direction and their ruling on hate speech is said and done.
They have to build the prison one brick at a time and it is our job to make that as difficult as humanly possible.
