Ban all 100% electronic voting, forever. There must be a physical paper trail and the ballots need to all be trackable down to the voter's registration and treated like gold bars when being transported between locations. Make voter fraud a more severe offence (years upon years in prison, you've ruined your life by getting involved with it) Tighten all voter/photo ID requirements, pass a constitutional amendment that says if a state doesn't require it by law, your state's electoral votes are all thrown out.
