Delaware also requires "any person" to report child abuse that they know of or suspect. Though the penalty will only cost "the big guy" $10,000 of his dirty money.
This type of group attack needs to start being prosecuted under anti-lynching laws.
You guys are making too big of deal about this. Biden didn't intend to listen to General Flynn, he just requests all the tapped phone calls from the NSA hoping some of them will contain the private conversations of little girls.
Nothing nefarious to see here.
Just like anything else, if you don't have a price (or at least an estimate) before you buy it, you're going to get screwed.
I hope they those in charge realize that any resources that are being deployed to New York now will never be redeployed anywhere else if they (at any point) end up under the control of the city/state (and it is the same story anywhere else). Quite frankly, it is pretty irresponsible of the media to be amplifying the emotional pleas of one city/state simply due to its proximity to the media headquarters. Governor Cuomo is doing what he was elected to do, look out for the people of New York. However, uncritically accepting his pleas is irresponsible in a country-wide crisis. Every ventilator that goes to New York and saves some people there will doom people elsewhere. There are finite resources and they need to be deployed not on the basis of emotional pleas or whoever can get on tv the most, but in a logical manner in which they will do the most good and in fairness to the populations of each of the states.
The people foisting attention on Cuomo would rather latch on to any Orange Man Bad narrative available, than see a smart distribution of finite resources with respect to all 50 states. Then in a week or two while their grandfather is dying without a ventilator in Florida, they'll just blame Trump for having sent entire stockpile having been sent to New York.
This is an attempt to hide what is actually going on. That tweet with false numbers was created to obscure a "reality" that is just as suspicious. There were 3.6 million and change registered voters on Nov. 1 and almost 3.3 million votes counted. They do have same-day registration there (but, of course, literally everyone that registered on the same day will have voted). That is turnout of about 90%! Couldn't happen even in a year of increased turnout.
The scam in Penn is that ballots with no postmark are going to be accepted until 3 days after the election (and I'm sure mixed in so they can't be separated later via court order). So they're probably still voting there.
