She's from Taipei, Taiwan. They don't like the CCP too much.

He was always angry about something and wanted everyone else angry too.

No duh. Also there are by-now-ancient rat studies which show that crowding causes social changes, like not reproducing and fighting.

ps. I live in Phoenix, the least dense urban area. When I came it was much smaller--I presume they are talking about Phoenix only and not the other urbs that surround us now. The city planners have let development go in the direction of building high rise condos on the older residential areas, cutting down shade and lawns. It's horrible to me, I am glad I live in an area that was never fashionable or attractive to developers.

This is the most exciting time accountants have had in a hundred years, and it all affects taxes, probably why the deadline was pushed up so far.

Convert or die is pretty oppressive.

Singapore? where everyone is under surveillance and chewing gum is severely punished?

My accountant is still sending out daily emails on every detail as it comes up, and advice on what it means. But not everyone has an accountant--people need a reliable clearing house.

Took "1 teaspoon each." Confirms it was a powder form. Way easy to OD, just heap it up and pack it down, voila, triple the amount.

This is low-key single payer healthcare strategy. No one wants children to go hungry, government builds dependency, eventually children are hostages to the government.

Just this morning as I was struggling to get the seals off something and cursing, for the ten thousandth time, the Tylenol killer who started that, I had to admit that so much moral rot has gotten into society that we need those seals now. Too many people ready to lick things and post their badass selves on Instagram.

😎 Did it specify where these refugees would be relocated? Lots of uninfected room in Syria and Somalia.

They don't want to admit that some people have trashy habits and that having a sense of social responsibility based on moral reasons instead of force is the real answer.

A key takeaway is that the Chinese were using mice and bats to create a class of virus that would spread to humans through bats. Now we seldom see bats in most places, but there are lots out there, many doing good work eating bugs. And nesting in attics, caves, lots of places where it would be hard to find and control them if they became a disease vector. This is fiendish. I can't think of a justification for this particular bioengineering feat, can anyone? It makes me think of Q's refrain "these people are evil" -- maybe trying to kill the world is even worse than the satanic pedophile cabal.

Follows a very typical flu pattern that also matches the cold weather. This seems similar, yet it started earlier. First one China admits was a bedridden man in Nov., nothing to do with the wet market.

The standard way to make country stats most comparable is to think of these numbers as a ratio to the total population number as: Number deaths/Number population.

Here in my very hispanic side of town, the little Mexican shops and tire places and restaurants are open. So are the big supermarkets which are at least as full of people handling things as Hobby Lobby. Shoppers are doing less handling and more focused grabbing though. Maybe they don't like HL because they play religious music and are the only place to get Christian-themed craft supplies.
