It will be more immediately noticeable than an income tax cut, very good election move. It will also make employers happy because they have to match your deductions. It could reduce a lot of paperwork and staff at the IRS if they could drop all that collecting and reporting.

And the butterflies that can migrate 1000 miles but can't get over a 30' fence. And the fantastic cactuses that no one in his right mind would go down in cartel country to look at.

And it saves a lot of secondary expense, and the environment is improving. This is a great success story.

One positive thing about this panic is that it is causing scientists to work faster, it seems. Just in a week there have been 3 vaccines right around the corner.

For flu in general, this publication tells you more than you want to know, you can use it to compare against the other.

https://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/index.htm

Testing in general: https://www.cdc.gov/flu/professionals/diagnosis/index.htm

Somewhere, not yet re-found, is a page with "Limitations" (on tests), where they weasel around a little and you are left thinking the test process is not that reliable.

This is my view as well. Why do we have so many flu deaths, anyway? Because people have a stupid way of going out and spreading it. Will they get the picture that self-quarantine is a good idea? I think that paradoxically, controlling this outbreak now will end up with a cry wolf effect later.

Think of all we've been through, and here we still are. I think the fear mongering is going to make people skeptical as time goes on.

Drippy nose, I go through two rolls with a cold. Plus I think people were impressed when that was the first thing Venezuela ran out of.

Wherein, about 4 paragraphs down, you find their assertion that "diversity is good for business" and that reveals the whole argument.

It was some incident they saw in traffic, cops against blacks. She was obviously brought up to have a racist chip on her shoulder whatever she did. Just one of her manipulation tools--if she were only promiscuous that would be nothing new and she might reform herself. But when her father, brother, and ex spoke out that wasn't the complaint. Harry, not being familiar with American black victimhood, probably wanted to "save" her. It's an old sad story the world around.

Trump is undercutting his victim shtick by helping blacks get off the plantation.

I'd say the Americans could see exactly what was coming when she first turned up: I know I could when I read her little anecdote about her mom telling her she could expect racism everywhere.

Yes, this is all I've seen, but many people still are saying the son, and that mistake started right about when it turned out that Pelosi's son and Kerry's stepson were also in Ukraine. Looking at names and associations, Cofer Black is the name one would see and investigate, and clearly he is not related by blood. Seems like after that saying "son" would be deliberate misdirection.

Quarantine works, prepping even a little for disasters takes planning, and fake news gonna fake. This has been a good trial run for response if something worse comes around.
