He's setting a good example--plus the Senate is recessing next Friday anyway...
Wait 72 hrs. before reacting.
Even if Q is only as real as Santa Claus, that's real enough now that the message pushes a lot of buttons, I see.
By now so many people including normies have heard about Q that it isn't a larp anymore, but a meme, a theme, a cultural phenomenon. Like so many Q pronouncements, this one is always true (how can one prevent the future?) and stirs up discussion that in the absence of solid facts will elicit theories based on personal hopes or fears. Like the old joke that "I sent a note saying 'Fly! All is revealed!' to twenty men and ten left town," those responses are revealing. I'll go with the Bongino Rule on this one.
Q has percolated through society.
The CDC makes regular summary reports on flu and everything else you can think of. Here's enough info to curl your hair in the morbidity and mortality weekly report.
It almost always happens that better reporting turns up more cases of whatever, unfortunately this time there's already too much panic. It didn't help that there were other flus going around and that what we had to test with needed revision. Which is also typical.
10% in ICU is dreadful, assuming their criteria are like ours.
Patients on ventilators require a huge amount of resources over the machine itself, though.
He is demented. This is how it goes, first a few WTF moments that others notice but then he/she is fine for days or weeks and everyone forgets the slip. Then a few more slips, they are bigger and more frequent. Those around start saying "there are good days and bad days." They are the ones going through denial, alarm, grief, not the patient so much. Eventually, and Joe is just there, the decline is so obvious it can't be denied.
Was just thinking the best time for the total breakdown that puts him out would be a few days before the convention, because of ballot access rules. They would be down to Bernie, maybe a couple of others.
Good for both of you. Good writing and research are invaluable skills, whatever you do in life. Keep your backup material, it may be useful later.
Thank you. Somehow in every job of mine I get to be the designated writer, so I have written everything from signs to novels, and I can't get my head around using most news articles except as bad examples of grammar, thinking, spelling due to relying on spell checkers, etc. If your child isn't too burdened, I would give him a little reward for private homework comparing and contrasting the liberal news with neutral (OAN) and right-wing, and even conspiracy news.
As an analytic teaching tool, it's ok to make the student learn to focus only on what is there and not get off topic with speculation. In this instance the topics are all from a single source so there is a bias. That said, it's hard to imagine a body of writing that can't be re-spun, the same as the authors spun reality in the first place. You could look for contradictions, emotionally laden words, ask questions about what the authors may have left out. Personally I would complain (in person) and say how can you compare and contrast from only one point of view? and request backup historical sources.
Authority-submissive cult prefers authoritarian ideas.
That was kind of how you got Jones, wasn't it?
He's obviously confabulating--his memories are random and spotty, and he fills in the gaps with related memories or completely makes things up. For instance, there apparently was a local character nicknamed Corn Pop. There may have been problem people at the pool but he only remembers there was a difficulty. He invents a way that Corn Pop is his personal troublemaker but the story as a whole doesn't make sense because it's mostly fiction, cobbled from random moments he remembers.
I don't think enough do know that, though. Cofer Black isn't a familiar name like Biden. Need more ties between him and Romney,
I want my $1.50 - 3.00 anyway, I deserve it for listening to the ads. (range because we aren't really sure what he spent or how many Americans)
It will benefit all of us in the long run to have this aggressive response. It is clear that there really are people messing around with pathogens trying to weaponize them. Remember the big anthrax scare a few years ago? Most people blew off the implications. This event may turn out to be no worse, overall, than a regular flu season but now people are alert, better educated and organized, and our medical supply dependency is getting the scrutiny it should have had years ago.
And just who is paying for this aid package to poorer countries?
Five o'clock news, reporters were at the fairgrounds wondering if there would be turnout for Bernie as for Trump. Haha, no. Several thousand young white (that is, somewhat pasty looking) people filing along. One woman voting for Bernie because of her medical bills, reminded me of Obama supporters expecting free gas and houses, but not as high energy.
It seems a little odd to me. FISA is supposed to be for foreign surveillance. Assuming everything was done legally, what would Barr need this for in its current form?
This plot has more holes in it than a doily.
What I notice is "Romney's son." We know about Romney's advisor Cofer. Is Q misinformed or is this to make us look at Cofer Black? Or is there really something with Romney's son that is overlooked, because this "son" accusation so far has seemed to be general confusion.
