(f) Not later than 30 days following the date of this order, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Director of National Intelligence shall develop a framework for the process that will be used to carry out their respective responsibilities pursuant to this order. The framework, which may be classified in whole or in part, shall focus on ensuring that agencies fulfill their responsibilities pursuant to this order in a manner that maintains methodological consistency; protects law enforcement or other sensitive information and intelligence sources and methods; maintains an appropriate separation between intelligence functions and policy and legal judgments; ensures that efforts to protect electoral processes and institutions are insulated from political bias; and respects the principles of free speech and open debate.
MAINTAINS AN APPROPRIATE SEPARATION BETWEEN INTELLIGENCE FUNCTIONS AND POLICY AND LEGAL JUDGMENTS; ENSURES THAT EFFORTS TO PROECT ELECTORAL PROCESSES AND INSTITUTIONS ARE INSULATED FROM POLITICAL BIAS jumps out at me.
I'm not going to say that Pence is NOT a traitor, but re-reading this makes me think that Trump always knew that Pence would not directly intervene in the objection process.
A big if, but IF that is the case, then this has been staring us in the face for a month and we've all been so fired up that we've forgotten the framework GEOTUS has laid out in the event that there is no declared victor on January 20th. No one pede has all the answers but if the military decides not to clear Biden, doesn't this grant the Secretary of Defense the necessary authority to do what needs to be done pursuant to the Framework laid out in EO13848?

Where officers designated within the same paragraph of subsection (a) of this section have the same appointment date, precedence shall be determined by the order in which they have taken the oath to serve in that office.
Sec. 2. Exceptions. (a) No individual who is serving in an office listed in section 1(a) of this order in an acting capacity, by virtue of so serving, shall act as Secretary pursuant to this order.
(b) No individual listed in section l(a) of this order shall act as Secretary unless that individual was appointed to an office for which appointment is required to be made by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, and that individual is otherwise eligible to so serve under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, as amended.
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of this order, the President retains discretion, to the extent permitted by law, to depart from this order in designating an Acting Secretary.
Sec. 3. Revocation. Executive Order 13533 of March 1, 2010 (Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Defense), is hereby revoked.
Sec. 4. General Provision. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Tell me, am I wrong in thinking that the Secretary of Defense would wield the highest power in the land (second only to God) at that time?
I am but a humble Canadapede. I have no MAGA nor Space Force gear, I don't own a boat that I can load with Trump/Pence 2020 flags, nor have I penned 10,000 Pepes.
What I would like to do is donate to the Trump Campaign, but only if I am able to do so LEGALLY. Is it election interference to do this? Would this be breaking any US laws at all?
I want to show my support through action. For the betterment of America and by extension the (co-operative) world, Trump MUST win.
