Lin doesn't strike me as off. He strikes me as someone who is saying what the logical outcome of committing crimes is. The problem is... no one's being arrested, even though they should. Lin has fought for justice and won multiple times. So for him, justice not happening is like the sun refusing to come up the next day. He sees a crime. He has the photos. But the cops are doing nada. The fact that Lin is wrong should be a red flag that it's not him who's F'd up, but the system has quit functioning like normal.
