I don’t know. However, I think a good claim that the 14th Amendment has been violated by governments determining which employees and businesses are ‘essential’ and which are not could be argued. Example: WalMart and it’s employees have ‘special rights’ to do business and work while others do not.
Universal suffrage always leads to disaster. It turns ‘democracies’ into authoritarian collectives. Once parasites can ‘vote’ to use government violence to steal from their neighbors everyone eventually becomes thugs and thieves. The only people who should be able to vote are those who pay net taxes and who do not work for the government (or contractor) itself. Note 47% of Americans pay no net federal taxes. And people wonder how we’ve been hurtling towards communism for over a century.
Clowns. If they were doubling the ‘cost’ they would be totally destroyed by the competition. Communists don’t understand free market systems. In a highly competitive market ‘profit’ trends towards zero. If they are doubling their investment, I can guarantee it is a result of government interference in that market.
Apparently these nitwits are unaware that co2 levels in our atmosphere are at near record lows in over 600 million years. Or that there is ZERO correlation between co2 levels and climate. If only they used REAL scientific data well known to geologists instead of an insignificant amount of data pumped into a ridiculous mathematical model with absurd assumptions, they would know ‘man-made climate change is a complete farce.
Seeing the endless stream of people calling for a ‘new party’ today demonstrates clearly that many do not grasp how the two party system has created a system where third parties are an absolute farce. If I was to want to absolutely destroy the chances of any democrat ever winning an election again, I would tell them to form a ‘new’ socialist party.
Until our election systems are overhauled, third parties will remain irrelevant. At best fracturing the vote of those whom we align with into small minorities and strengthening a majority for those who remain unified to destroy us.
