The reality exposed by the primaries is that Republicans are coming out in record numbers for a meaningless primary with an uncontested incumbent. Often in higher numbers than the Democrats who had a relevant race among contenders for them to choose from. Now we are seeing big surges of republican voters registering in contested areas. This election could be a ‘surprising’ landslide that the pollsters and pundits won’t understand.

Justices aren’t weight lifters. There are many people qualified to be good Justices, there is no reason to believe that a women is inherently less capable.
