Is this a violation of our first amendment? No, the first amendment doesn't apply to private companies. It would be a violation of net neutrality though, which does apply to private companies.

That's the number one reason this site needed to exist. They didn't like that.
Trillions go into following the same old process and just let china and russia overtake us in hypersonics, instead of actual development of new technologies. Maybe make a rocket so we don't have to hitch a ride with the russians.
