Yeah, because (in my understanding so if wrong plz tell me) its not law. These are guidelines. Kind of like state governors issuing executive orders, theres no legislative law to back it up. Theres technically nothing they can do legally, except give you a ticket. And no one who has fought the ticket has lost (as far as I know!) Theyre thrown out, because they technically broke no laws. Trudeau having a hissy fit on twitter is not written law. People arrested are also released shortly after.

Yes, it does. I was meaning a little inaccurate because when statues, as they imply, are "erected in honour of somthing", they are usually implied to be permanent fixtures. This never was.
Having heavier periods doesnt = infertility. Nor does a messed up cycle. Stress messes mine up every few months, and my periods can be randomly unbelievably heavy and extremely painful (i have NOT gotten rhe vaccine), im in my 30s and I am VERY fertile (we just went to the doctor not too long ago, we were about to try)
I guess the change can be concerning, especially for someone who has had consistently regular periods their entire fertile life....but none of what they describe could be attributed solely to infertility.
The truth is, we just dont know however because there were no fucking trials done.
OH MY GOD! this actually happened to my friend (or so she said..cant actually verify) a couple days ago!!! She said she was making a kindergarten yearbook page, and used white as the font color because of the dark background.....she said the principle called her and said the white text is racist, and that she was to use black or brown only....on a dark background....so she did and now you cant read the words - but hey! At least its not racist anymore....
