Mods, i feel like we need a wiki, or perma-sticky. I don't want to give these fucker commie pieces of shit my dollars or my info anymore than I have to. I'm sick of being on the wrong end of cancel/boycott culture.

I'm lucky to some degree, i used to work in IT, have a decent home lab, and self host a lot of stuff. I moved away from gmail about 5 years ago and started hosting my own email. I just have a few gmail accounts that get spam and junk.

I'm experimenting with nextcloud as a google drive replacement, and as a google docs replacement.

My next step will be to experiment with photo prism as a google photos replacement.

while I haven't deleted my Facebook account, i have started purging all my old posts from it by use of scripts, have deleted the app from my phone, and only use it very rarely to check in on certain older family members.

My IG will be next to go.

I'm tired of giving these fucks my data, and letting them use me as a product if they hate my very existence.

My wife has amazon alexa's all over the house, also on my list is getting rid of those, and replacing them with open source self hosted voice assistants that I have control over such as mycroft, and rhasspy.

I stopped my autopay for amazon prime today and will not renew it as i start transitioning to alternative eCommerce sites.

So i'm slowly working my way towards getting these fucks out of my life, and my wallet. But we've now seen shopify and stripe ban trump, they support a lot of web stores. while shopping local is great, for some of us it's just not a realistic option for everything.

We should set up a wiki or a list of businesses/services we should avoid, and those we should try to give our money to.

A message to the mods and some mid day drunken ramblings from a based pede:

With the level of cuckery we're seeing with youtube, twitter, facebook, reddit, etc, we need new alternatives. I use these services because for certain content there aren't viable alternatives (parler is starting to do good as a twitter replacement), TheDonald.win has replaced reddit for me for politlcal news, but not other targeted content.

I don't want to give those cuck bastards the page views, the ad revenue, etc. But in some cases they are still the only/best places to go for certain niche topics.

TheDonald.Win has become such a popular group, it has so much traffic and a following, that I think we now need the mods to consider branching it off into other domains and strike while the iron is still hot. I am still hopeful that The Don will win, the man pulls of miracles when the odds are stacked against him, but he lost it all before. He has before been worth less than a homeless man living on the streets of New York, but made a big come back. In the event this is stolen from him we need to take advantage of the traction this community has and the mods need to branch out into other forums now.

I am not dooming, I believe in the Don, but I am looking strategically what if they lie cheat and steal this away from us, how do we protect this community and go forward with free speech on the internet. I believe in this community and the MAGA party. And I am sick of big tech monopolies taking us to 1984.
