He explicitly said he'll never concede. Everything he said afterwards was all too vague to be interpreted as a concession, if he truly wanted to concede he will explicitly say it instead of saying wishy washy shit like "I will not attend the Inaguration on the 20th" or about the "Peaceful transition of power". So, he has not conceded and will not.
You can't necessarily change those who are already aware, but you can feed the new generation all the lies and propaganda to cement their world view. I get it with all these RINOs going around betraying Trump, but in their case, they do it for their own selfish and foolish goals, vainly appealing to the 'moderate' vote not wanting to vanquish their position of power. Pence on the other hand is literally VP, aka he would only shoot himself in his foot and his chance at becoming president.

You can gather in all the info on something but it becomes useless when you don't connect the dots. I like Styxhexenhammer, he is all predictions- and he tends to get them spot on.
