I've been friends with this wonderful person since my late teens, and I'm almost 50 now. She's a diamond and the day we met I knew we'd be friends for life.
She's always been a massive hippy type. I'm talking every white occult thing you can think of. A practicing white witch for decades, tarot, mediumship, the lot. She clearly had spiritual abilities. God moves his wonders to perform, and all that. I always teased her goodnaturedly rather than chastised. I was never harsh, only amused, and sometimes gently concerned, but if she asked me straight, I always said that the light in the world comes from God, not the stuff she was playing with, and that Jesus has a healing power beyond all of that.
So, she calls me up the other day practically vibrating with joy, and tells me, "You were so right! You were right all along. He's so beautiful and loving. I spontaneously called on him when I was really stressed and I could feel his love surround me!" I can't go into specifics, but she's accepted Jesus into her life.
Then yesterday she texts me and says,"I need to talk to you about my revelation. Donald Trump is a lightbringer!" Talk about a toast dropper! This is a house where when one of her kids asked me straight if I supported him, and I said, "Yes, of course. Don't you?" the dent from their jaws dropping on the floor can still be seen and the wailing and gnashing of teeth was biblical!
The moral of this is, don't hate the left. Hate the leftist ideology, and work with love and humour to bring them round. If this woman can be turned, anyone can!
