The reason Texas was so close in 2018 is because Trump was not on the ballot and lots of people disliked Ted from what he did in 2016. That is it. The Hispanic population is turning Republican at a very fast rate so I would not worry about it turning Blue.

Half of all deaths in the USA came for nursing homes. We also have a huge number of over weight people with all kinds of health problems that are kept alive with all kinds of drugs. Japan does not have this problem and that is why they don't have so many deaths.
