The calculations are pretty rudimentary though, really anyone can do it. It's just SUMPRODUCT(--(Leading Digit Column = Leading Digit), --(Biden Vote Row <> 0), --(Trump Vote Row<>0))/Total Precincts, and then the CORREL function against the Benford values, which are obtained by calculating LOG10(Leading Digit + 1) - LOG10(Leading Digit). Hardest part is pulling the damn data.

Correct, unfortunately I tried many other cities as well (Detroit, Nashville, Philadelphia). The data was either unavailable at the precinct level or such a mess that I decided I didn’t want to spend 3 hours manipulating it.
There’s several hundred precincts in each of these cities, so the data set should be big enough for it to hold. It does work for Oklahoma City, as the Trump votes are nearly perfectly correlated, as they are elsewhere. The unfortunate implication is that there is fraud occurring in Oklahoma City as well, of all places.
Doesn’t do that for me. I tried USAToday, PBS, and ABC and they all worked.
