They had regular people on a screen off to his side to ask questions. He was talking to the woman on the screen and I guess it got cut off or something so he said "I lost the lady".

Or its possible it was just a recording and he was trying to talk to her, which would be hilarious, but you can't see it in the clip.

I think there is a difference between just being gay and the kind of thing this (fake) picture depicts.

In my opinion one is none of my business and the other is degeneracy. I understand you could see it as a slippery slope and everyone will draw their line in a different place. But the fact is that a candidate for national office in 2020 will not win on a “anti-gay” platform. Not to mention that trump himself is not Anti-gay, so I don’t think site is the place to spread those views.

I agree, I find his (and corporate America’s) pandering to millennial sexual politics to be sad, cheap, and cringeworthy.

But when we post stuff like this it just gives them a foil to keep pushing their “progressive” sexual identity as fighting against backwards bigoted trump supporters. IMHO we are far better off ignoring it and focusing on where we are winning (economy, borders, trade, corruption, etc...)

It bothers me because it alienates moderates and doesn’t have any policy commentary other than “I don’t like gay people”, which, even if you believe it, should be far far down on your list of priorities in today’s political climate.

I don’t want it censored, but it shouldn’t be stickied and personally I find it counter productive.

If that bothers you you are welcome to your opinions. I am far more disturbed by his open borders and socialist policy ideas. Focusing on someone sexuality in 2020 isn’t going to win you any races so I would just suggest you keep your eyes on the prize and choose your battles.
