Last week the same senator sitting on the committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, filed a report on Biden's laptop etc.
Team Trump's released the transition funds to Biden legally making him the president elect. Now Biden has to declare any conflicts of interest, specifically foreign. If he doesn't.. well they now have the legal power to arrest Biden.
Will see if it actually plays out this way but theoretically that's another avenue.
