If she waits, her Senate seat is appointed under Biden and the appointment can be traded for money or political favors.

The Democrats are well aware that Joe "would go down hard and fast, crying all the way."

Her name is Jill Biden.

"Doctor" is a title.

It sounds silly, but I like the idea.

A lot of organizational decisions depend on who is at the table. A reliable and consistent voice for peace might balance the inevitable calls for war and result in better decisions.

This is good. Maybe Trump's legal team has been asking for the wrong thing. There are a number of ways to forensically identify a group of fake ballots, including signatures in the same handwriting and the same few fingerprints rather than an individual set per ballot.

I like this idea.

One state's fraud should be limited to that state. Stuffing the ballot box may win California, but it should not be able to steal a national election.

Neither should Atlanta be able to steal the election from the rest of the state.

Are there people within the GAPAMIWI states who would have standing -- the political party, the candidate, or members of the legislature?

Even in poor areas with 20% unemployment, 80% of people still had jobs. That has changed for the worse.

(i) Deputy Secretary of Defense;

** (ii) Secretaries of the Military Departments; **

(iii) Under Secretary of Defense for Policy;

Shouldn't the list indicate the succession order in different branches of the military, or would be the branches all act separately?

My cousin in Germany has never lived in the US and he received a ballot from Washington state.

Didn't Romney have a family member on a Ukrainian board as well?

Trump, Flynn, and other keep hinting about a bombshell involving military intelligence that will change everything.

Trump is not known for gaslighting -- it is not his style. But there's not much time. I can't imagine what the holdup is.

I agree with this assessment.

Failed predictions came very early, but for some reason it did not dissuade people.

The case was rejected because Texas did not have standing. Who has standing? You would think Trump does. As far as I know, he can refile the same lawsuit immediately and overcome the objection.

4
jackneefus 4 points ago +4 / -0

Trump still has standing. He can refile the same suit as his own. This time everyone knows that 20 states support him.

Flynn is "in on it" with the people who ruined his reputation, bankrupted him, destroyed his life, threatened his child, and wouldn't even let go after a presidential pardon?

ok

All laws like affirmative action which are dependent on a particular historical situation should have a sunset date, even if it's 40 years in the future.

Good advice.

Legal standing is not bullshit. But it's difficult to see how else to adjudicate disputes among the states.

5
jackneefus 5 points ago +5 / -0

SCPTUS then dismissed the case on the grounds that Texas has no standing.

Trump certainly has standing as an injured party. If Trump refiles the Texas lawsuit as his own, wouldn't that change the situation?

Ok, now. Going after Melania is out of bounds.

In business, the top companies cannot unite and make agreements among themselves. That is price fixing or restraint of trade.

We need a media antitrust law to prevent collusion and monopolization of news sources. For large news sources, it would be good to require domestic ownership and self-sufficiency.

  1. Dominion is convicted on some charge.

  2. A law is passed preventing the use of voting equipment made by providers who have been convicted of this charge.

Something like that. Otherwise, it's a bill of attainder.
