I'm on the fence if Chauvin killed floyd or not but even if he did, the impression I get was the technique was approved by the department and police officers assume a huge risk by being law enforcement so you have to give them a little extra slack. We aren't talking about a situation where Chauvin just pulled his gun out and blasted Floyd.
Yes you can by pushing on their chest basically which restricts the lungs from inflating. This is what happens in crowd crush type of situations. The people behind you are pushing up against you so hard that you get crushed to death. You basically suffocate. I'm not sure how it shows up in an autopsy though. I used to be a security guard and I remember from my training to basically never place anyone face down when handcuffed because they could die. Was always told that hand cuffed people should be placed sitting down or standing up. I don't know how it would work if someone was having a medical emergency. I know you need to make sure the person doesn't unintentionally injure themselves (like with muscle spasms or banging heir hand on the cement).

FYI. This school costs 50k per year just in the tuition and another 15k if you add in room and board. This school is in a very tiny rural town so it is unlikely any of them have jobs. So these kids could go to this school and rack up 260k worth of debt.

Nah they didn't. I think the firm you're talking about is chainanalysics or something like that. They didn't crack monero. What they did is have software that monitors "Know your customer" exchanges for people withdrawing monero for cash.
I know this because when this news broke people on reddit in the monero sub were researching it. One of the monero devs chimed in and said it was BS and talked about how that company is just using other tools to try to deanonymize monero users. They can only do it through indirect attacks (people depositing monero into a KYC exchange).
