★ Electoral College Update
On December 14th, the GOP Parties of Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin all cast votes for a second slate of electors for Donald J. Trump, to be submitted to appropriate authorities for potential counting on January 6th.
By doing so, they have set up a situation where ongoing litigation in each state is allowed to continue forward. State Legislatures are also able to certify these results per Article II of the Constitution.
State Legislatures certifying these results (per Article II) would set up a situation in each state called "dueling electors" or "multiple returns". This could result in Electoral Disputes similar to that of the 1876 Election. From this stage, there are a variety of pathways to counting the votes of Donald J. Trump's electors. These include:
- Fraud and other irregularities taint the State Executive certified electors.
- Federal Legislatures vote to recognize State Legislature certified electors.
- State Executives elect to certify State Legislature certified electors.
- Judicial Ruling vitiates State Executive certified electors.
There is also a scenario where both elector slate returns could be denied on a variety of grounds. In this instance, neither candidate would reach the required 270 electoral votes to have a majority. This sets up a Contingent Election, per the 12th Amendment.
In a Contingent Election, the House would vote on the President, with each State having one vote, and State's votes being determined by the majority vote of the representatives in that state. The Vice-President would then be voted for by the Senate, with each Senator getting one vote each.
All of these scenarios mentioned are up for legal debate. In 1887, Congress passed the Electoral Count Act, attempting to establish with 3 U.S. Code § 15, that a State Executive is the final authority for a States Electors. Varying counter-arguments are made about the act's legal ability to contradict the Constitution authority given to the Legislature [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6].

So what can you do to help? Contact your local elected representatives and GOP officials. Applying pressure on our elected officials and party representatives will be essential in the Trump Campaign's efforts in the State Legislatures and Courts. The Trump Campaign is looking to have State Legislatures submit their own electors per Article II of the constitution, as well as have Supreme Court weigh in on many cases. Every state has representatives and officials that can help advance and strengthen these paths to victory.
Battleground states need to put pressure on their State Executives, State Legislature, Federal Legislature, and State GOP Officials. Even non-battleground states can apply pressure, particularly at the Federal Legislature, State Executive and State GOP Official levels.

It's Time! Hold the lines!
As the Trump Campaign takes to the state legislatures and courts with a number of legal challenges against the Voter Fraud that has taken place in the 2020 election, we will need to take up fighting the Info War outside of those arenas. The deep state and media have played all of their cards, from Fox News revealing their new liberal colors, to Twitter censoring the President, to Facebook downgrading the President to a "political candidate", to an amplified onslaught and censorship campaign from MSM. It is up to us to counter-balance this attack, and help keep the public informed to what is actually taking place.
The deep state and media are doing everything in their power to sway the court of 'public opinion', in an attempt to influence legislators and sow conflict and division once the process has finally played out. We are tasked with the responsibility of helping inform our fellow Americans with the real issue at hand, which is that our elections have been undermined by fraud, irregularities and vulnerabilities that have compromised the safety, security and legitimacy of our democratic election.

Applying pressure on our elected officials and party representatives will be essential in the Trump Campaigns efforts to move Stature Legislatures and provide more evidentiary hearings. "(c)(1) Whenever the difference between the number of votes received by a candidate who has been declared nominated for an office in a primary election or who has been declared elected to an office in an election or who has been declared eligible for a run-off primary or election and the number of votes received by any other candidate or candidates not declared so nominated or elected or eligible for a runoff shall be not more than one-half of 1 percent of the total votes which were cast for such office therein, any such candidate or candidates receiving a sufficient number of votes so that the difference between his or her vote and that of a candidate declared nominated, elected, or eligible for a runoff is not more than one-half of 1 percent of the total votes cast, within a period of two business days following the certification of the election results, shall have the right to a recount of the votes cast, if such request is made in writing by the losing candidate. If the office sought is a federal or state office voted upon by the electors of more than one county, the request shall be made to the Secretary of State who shall direct that the recount be performed in all counties in which electors voted for such office and notify the superintendents of the several counties involved of the request. In all other cases, the request shall be made to the superintendent. The superintendent or superintendents shall order a recount of such votes to be made immediately. If, upon such recount, it is determined that the original count was incorrect, the returns and all papers prepared by the superintendent, the superintendents, or the Secretary of State shall be corrected accordingly and the results recertified."

"Said chapter is further amended by revising subsection (b) of Code Section 21-2-499, relating to duty of Secretary of State as to tabulation, computation, and canvassing of votes for state and federal officers and certification of presidential electors by Governor, as follows: "(b) The Secretary of State shall also, upon receiving the certified returns for presidential electors, proceed to tabulate, compute, and canvass the votes cast for each slate of presidential electors and shall immediately lay them before the Governor. Not later than 5:00 P.M. on the fourteenth seventeenth day following the date on which such election was conducted, the Secretary of State shall certify the votes cast for all candidates described in subparagraph (a)(4)(A) of Code Section 21-2-497 and upon all questions voted for by the electors of more than one county and shall no later than that same time lay the returns for presidential electors before the Governor. The Governor shall enumerate and ascertain the number of votes for each person so voted and shall certify the slates of presidential electors receiving the highest number of votes. The Governor shall certify the slates of presidential electors no later than 5:00 P.M. on the fifteenth eighteenth day following the date on which such election was conducted. Notwithstanding the deadlines specified in this Code section, such times may be altered for just cause by an order of a judge of superior court of this state."

We are in the home stretch of the 2020 Election! These next couple months will decide the fate of our country! It is time to get as involved as you can get, to push this across the finish line! Trump 2020!
3 tasks:

Go to your states contact information page (linked below) and follow the instructions on who to contact and what to contact them about, to help President Donald J. Trump.

Get prepared to attend the Washington D.C. (or battleground/local state) March For Trump on November 14th!
-
Donate to the Election Defense fund and help report and spread voter fraud and irregularity information.
Each state contact page will include instructions on what issues to raise with the elected and state officials, so that maximum pressure can be applied on every legal avenue. It will also include GOP contacts for volunteer efforts and applying pressure at the party-level. "Battleground" In-state volunteers will be needed for recounts and audits, and out-of-state volunteers can even be useful for helping keep in-state volunteers supplied with food and other such needs while they help secure our democracy.
