All that is happening with this filing is Ohio is formally giving credence to the case being presented as worthy of being looked at. This is a win, not sure why folks are not interpreting it that way. Just because they didn't pick one side or another is not indicative of any problem. i agree with you OP. It is hard to keep up the fight when virtually everyone around us thinks we are crazy and delusional. I can't even bring it up with anyone physically in my life right now. I am worried time will just run out and all this will just be allowed to pass. I am losing hope.

They are to keep them for 22 months. Why do you think that is folks? It is so they can be inspected should any issue arise. That inspection is not possible for the ballots already destroyed and gotten rid of, its not even possible with the shredded ballots Powell has. It is not possible because they didn't want anyone looking at the ballots, for whatever reason, so they willfully broke the law and destroyed them. It is not relevant at all if they are Biden or Trump votes. The crime was shredding them to begin with, now why do you think destruction of evidence would be important here? Hmmmmmmm
We can't make this point any clearer without pulling out the crayons. As the OP said, this is very cut and dry, but our politicians seems to have stacked the courts with activist judges. These people are not working for us, they are working against us, as US being WE THE PEOPLE.

yes and this goes well with the previous theories that the way they were getting the votes was by switching votes from Trump to Biden in Trump heavy areas. In this case, it was only 0.26% that has been proven to have happened thru forensic analysis. It has now been proven that at least 1 machine was manipulated to swap votes. This is the key take away. It just proves that vote manipulation was not only possible, but that it occurred. To what scope, we do not know and we may never know. There have been reports that these machines are being wiped...if this happens, I will just assume they were guilty of everything and proceed accordingly. I hope the judges that are not paid off realize this and agree with me....and act accordingly.
To those that do not understand what you are seeing here. There are 2 bins of what appear to be absentee ballots in certified envelopes that are BLANK. Now, let us assume that they are not blank, and that only the envelopes facing us are blank, but that the rest of the ballots are legit.....Even making that assumption, ballots are not supposed to be processed in any way at all without supervision/ This is to ensure that no one can just fill out blank ballots and pick names off of voter rolls to assign to them.
In other words, there is zero legal reason for this woman to be in possession of this many absentee ballots period. Any processing by law requires independent watchers present to ensure fraud is not happening. The mere fact that she is going to be "working" with them IS THE ILLEGAL ACT.

Do you understand that there are laws in place to protect the ballots for voter integrity purposes. Every bad vote allowed is a an honest vote taken away from an honest hard working tax paying citizen. These people showed us all that they simply do not care about our voices and opinions.
At what point in time will arrests be made, or is team Trump waiting for Patriots to start using their 2A rights to take people into custody and make arrests themselves, as well as quell any violent reactions with bullets. the problem is that the lower courts have yet to hear a case, or evidence. So no evidence has been introduced, nor has any case been made for the Supreme Court to rule on. They would only be ruling on dismissal grounds and if a ruling in favor of Trump DOES come from the Supreme Court, it will ONLY be to force the lower court to actually hear the case being presented. As of this point in time, none of the PA courts have allowed the case to proceed, so they never even made it to the part where they state their case and present evidence.
So the US Supreme Court will not be able to hear any case not already present in a lower court. I suspect the Dems know this.
If Trump has hard evidence, folks need to be arrested and thrown in Guantonamo due to the national security threat they possess. This arrest list should include MANY high profile politicians from both sides of the aisle.
OP is correct. I was also part of the 305th Charlie Company. It is indeed a SIGINT training Brigade in Fort Huachuca AZ. The immediate city is Sierra Vista. It is about an hour from Tuscon and 4 hours from Phoenix.
